Overview:  Lady Conceal is an online wholesale and retail business specializing in concealed carry products. We are seeking an E-Commerce Specialist with a passion for the industry and a diverse set of skills in digital marketing, content creation, and customer service skills. We need someone with excellent computer skills, who is also highly detail oriented, creative, organized, and dependable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Shopify, Amazon, Ebay and TikTok online stores.
  • Customer service including phone calls and email support.
  • Process sales transactions and refunds
  • Create, edit, and upload product descriptions.
  • Develop and edit images and videos.  
  • Develop engaging social media posts
  • Create FBA Amazon listing
  • Ensure product listings on Amazon are optimized.
  • Assist in filling and shipping orders.
  • Inventory management.
  • Improve SEO
  • Improve website optimizations using Google analytics.
  • Blog Posting
  • Foster brand loyalty
  • Creative and strategic thinking 

Qualifications:

  • Experience managing a Shopify online store or similar e-commerce platforms.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and some experience in social media marketing.
  • Skilled in creating, editing, and uploading product descriptions that drive sales and improve SEO.

Great to Have:

  • Experience with Amazon, Shopify, Tik Tok
  • Experience with Photoshop or Photoshop Elements
  • Video editing experience
  • Basic to intermediate photography skills
  • Facebook/Instagram digital Marketer
