How long does it take to get my order shipped?
We take pride in our prompt service!
We try to have your order out within 1-2 business days during our business hours, excluding U.S. federal holidays. You may contact us any time for the status of your order.
What days do you ship?
We ship orders during business hours. Monday through Friday between the hours of 9am-2pm MST, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
I need to change my shipping address. Can you help me?
If you order has not been shipped out, we are happy to help.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we have limited time free shipping offers throughout the year. Subscribe to our email, SMS notifications or social media to learn when we have our promos!
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Lady Conceal gladly accepts returns of unused, undamaged merchandise with original tags and packaging within 30 days of the original purchase. Please note, your return needs to be in the original condition so that it can be re-stocked. During the holidays, we accept returns through January 15th for all purchases made in November or December.
Please include the following information:
~ Full Name
~ Order number or shipping invoice
~ Reason
~ If you prefer a refund or if you would like to exchange it for another product
Please note, no refunds or exchanges on Final Sale items.

We will credit the original cost of the item less shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee. Any returns beyond 30 days will be at the discretion of Lady Conceal and if accepted, will result in online credit only. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Your refund will be processed and applied by method of original payment.
Depending on your credit card company, it may take 3 - 5 business days to post
your refund.

Once your returned item has been received at our facility, you will be notified by email.

How do I request an exchange?
We are here to help! You may email us at info@ladyconceal.com or call us at (720) 420-0005. Once the return has been shipped we can assist you with the exchange.
I got my order and something is wrong, what do I do?
We are sorry if anything is wrong with your order. Customer service is our #1 priority. We will work to make it right. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, please send us photos so we can help. You may email us at info@ladyconceal.com or call us at (720) 420-005. We will ship out anything missing or incorrect immediately and send you a return label to send
back the incorrect items.
Ordering
Can I change or cancel an order I just placed?
Please email or call us within 24 hours and we will try our best to assist you. If your item has already been shipped we will help you further with the return or exchange.
How do I know the status of my order?
You will receive an email confirmation when you place an order. Once the item has shipped you will also receive a tracking number. If you have not received any emails, you may call us and we can inform you on your orders status.

About Us
Does Lady Conceal offer a warranty on their products?
Lady Conceal offers a 1-Year warranty on all genuine leather purse and a 90-Day limited warranty on faux leather purses covering manufacturing defects only. Defects may include:
~ Broken zipper or hardware
~ Stitching issues
~ Removable strap issues
We are not responsible for any incidental damages caused by accident, misuse, normal wear and tear, natural aging of the leather (scratches, marks on leather), liquid contact, or chemical contact that has occurred while the product is in the customers custody.
If your Lady Conceal purse was purchased from a retailer partner rather than the Lady Conceal website directly, please contact the retailer for information on their warranty policy. Lady Conceal will only accept products that were purchased from the Lady Conceal website directly, we are unable to exchange or accept products purchased from retailers.
Please note genuine leather is unique and has its own natural variations in grain and shading. Some irregularities are common. Also, there might be a slight dye transference on some open pore distressed leather.

How do I file a warranty claim?
Reach out to us by email at info@ladyconceal.com with the subject line as "Warranty Claim".
To better assist you, please kindly provide us with the following:
~ A picture showing the problematic area(s)
~ A picture showing the front of the bag in full so we may accurately identify style and color
~ Description of the damage
~Your order number
If this was purchased from a retailer, we kindly recommend reaching out to the retailer your
purchase was made from directly.
Do you offer military, law enforcement or a first responder discount?

We offer a 20% discount for eligible all active military, reservist, veteran, retired US military personnel, and to the spouses and dependents. We also offer 20% discount to all law enforcement and first responders in the US.

I lost my keys for my Lady Conceal bag. Can I buy replacement keys?
Yes, you can! We sell replacement key on our website. You may purchase more keys at this link.
My leather bag is dry or showing small scratches. Is there anything I can do?
Leather is the tanned skin of an animal. Dirty leather becomes stiff and hard because its pores are clogged with dirt and grime. Lady Conceal recommend Saddler’s products to clean your leather purses and accessories.
Saddler’s TLC first removes the dirt and grime from the pores, then replaces the natural oils. Most leather cleaners only do half of the process. They remove dirt but leave the leather dry. Saddler’s TLC does both parts of the cleaning process in one step, frequent use of Saddler’s TLC will keep you leather clean, soft, supple and resistant to water and
stains.
To protect and restore your leather products use Saddle’s Preservative.
It will give your new leather added protection against stains and weather. For used leather, Saddle’s Preservative restores the look and feel of neglected leather. It gives your leather added protection and helps eliminate scratches and blemishes.

Help! My purse has defects.
If the item is defective or damaged in anyway, please send us photos to our email info@ladyconceal with your order number. Upon first arriving please let us know within 1-2 business days.

Where are Lady Conceal products made?
Lady Conceal purses are designed in the US and made in India and China. If you would like to know where a specific product was made, please email us.
What if I need to shoot through my purse, do you offer a warranty for that?
Yes, please email us photos and the police report to our email info@ladyconceal.com.
Why YKK locking zippers? What are they for?
YKK locking zippers provide extra security for your firearm. Each bag comes with four keys to lock your concealment pockets.
We understand that not everyone prefers to lock their concealment pockets. The YKK locking zippers give you the option to lock your purse.

Please use Lady Conceal products with the usual safety precautions. Do not leave your firearm unattended. Failure to follow these instructions and warnings may result in SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH to you and others, as well as damage to property. YOUR LADY CONCEAL PURSE IS NOT “CHILDPROOF,” and should NEVER be left, even briefly, with a gun or other self-defense device (“SDD”) in it where children could possibly gain unsupervised access to it.

What do I need to know about becoming a wholesaler with Lady Conceal?
Thank you for your interest in Lady Conceal purses and accessories! Our products are crafted with care using high-quality materials, including full-grain leather, resilient faux leather, and upgraded hardware.
Along with our purses, we also offer the DS Conceal on-body belly band, matching Lady Conceal wallets, and a wide range of additional accessories.
To get started with a wholesale account, we require a minimum initial order of $300. For all future orders, there is no minimum requirement. Please note that you'll need a Sales Tax ID Number or a similar form of ID to qualify for wholesale.
Once you’ve met the initial order requirement, we also offer drop shipping services, with a $7.00 handling fee plus shipping costs.
At Lady Conceal, we strive to offer the most competitive wholesale pricing in the market. To maintain consistency, our products cannot be sold on Amazon, eBay, or Walmart. Additionally, our Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) cannot be lower than 15% off the MSRP.
