Warranty
Lady Conceal offers a 90-Day limited warranty on faux leather purses and a one-year warranty on all genuine leather purses covering manufacturing defects only. Defects may include:
- Broken zipper or hardware
- Stitching issues
- Removable strap issues
We are not responsible for any incidental damages caused by accident, misuse, normal wear and tear, natural aging of the leather (scratches, marks on leather), liquid contact, or chemical contact that has occurred while the product is in the customers custody.
If your Lady Conceal purse was purchased from a retailer partner rather than the Lady Conceal website directly, please contact the retailer for information on their warranty policy. Lady Conceal will only accept products that were purchased from the Lady Conceal website directly, we are unable to exchange or accept products purchased from retailers.
Please note genuine leather is unique and has its own natural variations in grain and shading. Some irregularities are common. Also, there might be a slight dye transference on some open pore distressed leather.
How do I file a Warranty Claim?
Reach out to us by email at info@ladyconceal.com with the subject line as "Warranty Claim".
To better assist you, please kindly provide us with the following:
- A picture showing the problematic area(s)
- A picture showing the front of the bag in full so we may accurately identify style and color
- Description of the damage
- Your order number
If this was purchased from a retailer, we kindly recommend reaching out to the retailer your purchase was made from directly.
