Exchanges and Returns

Lady Conceal is committed to making your shopping experience a total success. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we want to know.

Returns and Exchanges:
Lady Conceal gladly accepts returns of unused, undamaged merchandise with original tags and packaging within 30 days of the original purchase. Please note, your return needs to be in the original condition so that it can be re-stocked. During the holidays, we accept returns through January 15th for all purchases made in November or December.

Please include the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Order number or shipping invoice
  • Reason 
  • If you prefer a refund or if you would like to exchange it for another product

Please note, no refunds or exchanges on Final Sale items.

We will credit the original cost of the item less shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee. Any returns beyond 30 days will be at the discretion of Lady Conceal and if accepted, will result in online credit only. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Your refund will be processed and applied by method of original payment.  Depending on your credit card company, it may take 3 - 5 business days to post your refund.

Note:
Once your returned item has been received at our facility, you will be notified by email.
The customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
