Great purse, and superior service

I really like this purse. It's fairly light and comfortable to carry. It also has an additional long strap for across the body carrying, which is a must. I wanted a purse a tiny bit bigger, but this one carries a surprising amount of "stuff," perhaps because it lacks an inner dividing pocket (I purposefully hunted for bags without that inner pocket), so I'm okay with the size because it has everything else I wanted.
In addition, the service I received from Lady Conceal amazed me. The items came to us within days, with excellent communication about the delivery along the way. When there was an issue with the product, it was replaced immediately, the very same day, and the replacement came to us again within a few days, again with solid communication. Lady Conceal had made certain the new product did not have the same issue and wrote on the invoice that they had checked for that.
It's so impressive. This is the kind of service we all want and rarely get anymore. I highly recommend this bag, and also the practice of buying directly from Lady Conceal, rather than going through an inferior intermediary.
